It refers to the manner in which women, particularly those on television, have been purposefully intended to be objects of historically portrayed, sensual pleasure. "Watcher" follows Julia, who is suffering under the weight of her beauty, and is masterfully performed by former actress Mika Monroe. Not simply because he suspects a stalker is watching over his place. WATCHER AFDAH In contrast to the films that attack Mulvey, Julia's attractiveness goes beyond charming spectators or capturing a male lead. This is intentional; there is something to comment on and change.
