Then the Guardians of the Galaxy decide to go to Earth to find the perfect gift for Quill. Plus, they're sure the surprise will do him good because he's still going through Gamora's sudden departure. Looking for a gift idea, the Guardians decide to find Quill's childhood hero, American actor Kevin Bacon. Mantis (Pom Klementieff) and Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista) go to Los Angeles, they are sure they will find Bacon here.

They manage to get a business card from Bacon's fans and then use it to find Bacon's home in Beverly Hills. Their appearance shocks Bacon and tries to escape. However, Mantis and Drax kidnap him for their buddy. But, to their disappointment, they learn that Bacon is not a real hero, but just an actor who played his role. Later, the Guardians surprise Quill with their Christmas present. But what happens when Quill finds out that Bacon has been kidnapped without his consent?
